I get the following error message when trying to access the thread "EB2-EB3 Predictions (Rather Calculations).."
This webpage has a redirect loop.

Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.

I graduated in MS (I'm on H4 currently) recently.My previous degree is from India (passed out BCOM in 1999). I dont have any IT experience.
I'm talking with couple of companies about getting a H1. What documents I need to show for H1 for USCIS? Do I need to show any experience to USCIS?

I suspect, if the camera has a chargable clock battery, it's NOT a "user-servicable" part. The idea is that they don't break.
That's just a guess - I don't have a D70, so I don't know for sure.
I did a few entries in Google, with the result that I'm fairly sure the clock-battery is an internal non-user-changable battery [particularly a reference to the same technology being used on a Nikon D1].
I expect that aside from the inconvenience and shipping cost, the service is fairly reasonable in cost... But that's just a guess...

Sir/Madam,
I was able to file for 485 during the summer of 07, have an EAD but never used. I got married later, and my spouse is currently on H4. I have to maintain the H1 to support the H4. I have a very good opportunity to move up in my job - Is there a way use my EAD and still support legal stay of my spouse?

It is 90 days without employment on OPT. 10 days of unemployment between two jobs does not count towards the limit. You can also work part-time (20 hrs/week) or as a volunteer to stop the counter.
I recommend contacting your international department for details. They should be able to guide you depending on how useful/active they are!

If you have receipt # of your I-485, filing or refiling I-765 and I-131 is a simple task. You can do that after 30 days, as suggested by USCIS. It is not a big loss anyway. Main thing is I-485.

I am also waiting on the dates to open in December. The dates are not available on the internet as yet. I think they open the dates for 1 week every week .. so you can only book a month in advance.
