In 90% of what we say, does it have any point to it? You say, "Hello." What's the Point? You already know that you know them, and they know that you know them; therefore is there any point in saying hello, if you can just smile, showing you've acknowledged them. I bought the be.ez LA robe sleeve (http://www.amazon.com/100572-Sleeve-13-3-Inch-Macbooks-Wasabi/dp/B0015R819O/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1304576401&sr=8-1) as well as the Vyper XS3. I kept the be.ez sleeve because of the price point vs. the extra protection provided by the Vyper XS3, although I really liked it too. The be.ez sleeve is sturdy enough, surprisingly, but wouldn't protect as well as the Vyper XS3 in a major drop.

I know this might be a stupid question but i have been googling for hours now and i cannot find a solution.
Is there a way to unlock any other basebands off the iPhone 4 not only 1.59.00 that ultrasn0w does.? And if so can you please supply a list of the basebands that are unlockable with Verson 4.0iOS and up.?

I do use smc fan control while i'm encoding. It does a pretty good job. Keeps the temps down around 80C while encoding with fan rpm around 3800.

This always confuses me. Why do they call it a newsreader? Why not an RSS reader? This does nothing more than keep track of and read RSS feeds. It's not significantly different/better than the RSS capability built into Safari or Firefox.
Maybe I'm a purist (or a snob), but to me a "newsreader" is an application used to read the newsgroups (the Usenet). Panic's Unison application is a newsreader. It connects to newsgroup servers and allows me to read posts and download attachments.
Am I being too picky?

I have my home computer set up as a mini-webserver, which I mostly use for sharing pictures and other files with people, however, recently, I have been unable to serve pictures over a certain size.
Pictures will load to a point, but then they will stop loading and I will get an error in Console.log and system.log:
/Applications/Safari.app/Contents/MacOS/Safari: Corrupt JPEG data: 2 extraneous bytes before marker 0xdb
/Applications/Safari.app/Contents/MacOS/Safari: Corrupt JPEG data: premature end of data segment
I know that the pictures are not corrupt because:
1. They worked fine a month ago
2. I can open them in any picture editor/viewer without problems
3. It happens to all my pictures above a certain (unknown) size

I think the discrete gpu was already running at max performance fps-wise, but the firmware update really seems to have smoothed things out driver-wise interface-wise. And Safari seems a lot better too now. Just wish I had an SSD though, as I've heard they all got boot up speed increases.

I could never get pwnage to produce a working ipsw for my iPad 3G... so I took the iBSS & kernelcache (rename to zip and extract) from ..customrestore.ipsw for tetheredboot. make sure your iPad is running the Apple 4.3 and jailbreak using redsnow.. point to 4.2.1 ipsw, it will not boot, when it hangs blackscreen with a white square use tetheredboot and u have cydia... :)

Lion will create a new Home folder to its own partition. You can, however, change the location of the Home folder to be the same as Snow Leopard's. I have done that since my Lion partition is only 50GB. That way all your data will be in the same location, no matter what OS you use.

You don't have to use the stylus, I've taken to just using my fingers with games like Pokemon that don't require precise input (barring the minigames). The touchscreen is used pretty well (or not at all) in the DS games I play. It's usually just used as an alternative to the dpad or they display action shortcuts on it.
Yea we're kinda spoiled on both the DS and PSP with RPGs. My PSP library is mostly just RPGs and the DS has some absolute gems. With a DS/DS Lite you can play GBA games too where there are even more RPG gems.
