Take into consideration that you're running a beta OS on beta software. Both Fusion and Vista will get faster and more bug-free over time.

i'm on my second mighty mouse [soon to be third once i have this once replaced] in 6 months. the scroll wheel stops working pretty quickly. i don't find the size of it all too comfortable.. but when it's fully functional it's a decent mouse.
if they don't fix the scroll wheel issues though, i'd say the BT version is worthless. it's unacceptable that apple hasn't fixed this issue on the wired version. they can replace it all they want, it's still going to break a month or two later. plus, it takes 30 minutes or so for them to replace it, which is rather annoying.
all in all, cool that it's BT now, but terrible if they don't fix both versions.

The perception was that he was not in charge for a few years. If he was in a mansion and not a cave he might have still have a bigger role than we thought. I don't think this will end Al Qaeda but it could slow them down for a while.

I think Apple has most to fear from M$ in the price battle, an iPod copy that costs significantly less would probably catch on pretty fast, of course, the popularity of the iPod brand is still larger than XBox.
Although I doubt that the design will be quite as dull as that picture
I'm thinking it will be more organic, like the XBox 360, with some curved shapes maybe.

One of those reasons is that there is no AT&T signal at my house.
Having worked very closely with the head engineers of AT&T, I do feel sorry for them. As someone stated earlier, that are spending billions to upgrade the network, but all that money will only meet current demand in some areas. The iPhone is such an incredible success that AT&T never had a chance. The same would be said about Verizon had they got the exclusive contract. If you want to lay the blame at anyones feet, it should be Apple. They should have made a CDMA version and split the load between the networks.
